How can I pause new Anima requests?
You can close your Anima requests by going to Settings (bottom left hand corner) -> Organisation Settings -> Access & Request Limits.
What do patients see when requests are paused?
When Anima is closed (e.g. for a bank holiday or a temporary pause on requests), patients will see the following 'Closed' message when they login and when they'll next to be able to submit a request.

If they tried to submit a request, they'll see the following message:

Can I change the messages when requests are paused?
Yes, if you go to Settings -> Organisation Settings -> Patient App, you'll be able to set custom messages based on various scenarios.
