How to solve the error: "The profile you are trying to access is inactive. Please ask your practice administrator to activate it"

If you get this error, you’ll have to ask your Anima administrator (usually the person that setup Anima at the practice) to go to their Anima Dashboard, Settings → Organisation Settings → Availability and Assignment → Activate your profile. They can activate it by finding your name in the list, and clicking on the icon on the right hand side.
