Release Notes | 1.4.47 | 26 November 2024

Patients

We have added the ability for you to transfer patients' Anima accounts to your GP practice - this functionality should appear as a button if you search for a patient who has an Anima account but is registered elsewhere (under the Patient Management screen, or when creating a request on behalf of a patient)

Documents

Improved problem search to surface more frequently used and common codes to the top, while allowing keywords (i.e. bp for blood pressure) to be used in search
We have improved the documents page to allow for filtering for documents which are assigned to the current user or the teams they are a part of
We have added the ability to filter for documents by priority
EMIS practices can now toggle visibility of documents to patient facing services! This will affect the document itself (not any clinical note associated with the document, e.g. Annie summaries and GP Actions - these will be based on your organisation default settings in EMIS) - but the attached document file itself can be toggled to be visible to patients themselves. It defaults to off, not visible, unless toggled on for the document being processed.

Coding

Improved Annie's ability to understand when things happened and only code new information from the present.
Improved Annie's ability to understand who things happened to and only code information about the patient in question.

Requests

We have updated the default message in request sign-off to not include inaccurate information about a confirmation message.
When requesting more information, recipient name now defaults to the person who's submitted the request instead of the patient.
Some bugfixes and other improvements.

Scribe

Picking consultation type when recording or uploading a recording will now be reflected in the S1 record.

Users

Inactivated users will now not be visible in assignment lists, and when inactivating a user anything assigned to them will be unassigned.

Messages
