How to copy and paste the notes for a patient's request if you can't connect to your EHR

If your EHR is not connected for any reason and you can’t save directly to the record, instead of clicking sign off & save to record, click copy all to clipboard:




Paste the notes into the patient’s record in your EHR, then return to Anima and click the red force close button:




Anima will display a warning to confirm that nothing will be automatically saved to the patient’s record, and that you should copy & paste the notes into the correct patient record yourself. Check the I understand box, then click Force close case:
