How to invite your colleagues to Anima

Invite your team to Anima



You can invite your team to Anima in a few ways:

From your Anima dashboard, go to the bottom left hand corner, and click ‘Invite & Earn £100’ → Then click ‘Invite Team’. Fill out the form to send an email invitation to the team member.





If you don’t get an email, reach out to Anima support and we can finish the setup process for you.


Alternatively:



Your team can access Anima via the website application (https://clinics.animahealth.com/) or download the Anima desktop app directly using the link https://animahealth.com/download. Note: You can only save to record on the desktop app. Then click, ‘Go to standard login’ (you’ll be able to link your smart card in settings once you’ve created your account to login via that method next time).



Following this, click ‘Create Account’.



Then, you’ll get an email, click on the link in the email to finish the sign up process.



You should then receive this message:



Now return back to this screen below and click ‘Return to Login Page’.



Now, click ‘Login as existing user’ and use the email and password you just created.



You’ll then be prompted to fill out the form below to link to your surgery.



If you get this error, you’ll have to ask your administrator to go to their Anima Dashboard, Settings → Organisation Settings → Availability and Assignment → Activate your profile. They can activate it by finding your name in the list, and clicking on the icon on the right hand side.
