The option 'Ask a simple question' is not available

If the option to '**Ask a simple question**' is not available, or is greyed out, it simply means that your GP practice has disabled this option for patients. 

Fear not, you can simply select the '**Get help for a medical issue**' or '**Submit an admin request**' option, both of which will be received and dealt with by your GP practice.
