To sign off a request in Anima, you'll need to make sure you have linked your Anima account to your EMIS/SystmOne account. You can do this by going to settings user settings personal details and then entering your username in the relevant box. Please do this and then click 'test'. Once you do this you should get a message saying that your accounts have been successfully linked. You then need to scroll down to the bottom and click 'save changes'.
