Can I ask for help at any time?
You may submit medical, admin, or simple requests during your GP Surgery's online consultation hours. Your GP Surgery many allow online consultations for a period of time during their operating hours (either a portion of their day or a full day) to make sure they can manage all of the incoming requests from their patients.
