Can I insist on seeing my GP for a face-to-face consultation

While you are submitting your medical, admin, or simple request, you have the option to write in your preferences (as well as other questions or concerns). 

Your GP will ultimately decide whether your request requires an in office appointment or face-to-face consultation.
