How do I logout of my Anima account?

While you are logged into your Anima patient portal, the left side of your Dashboard will show a panel. At the lower end of the panel, you can click on "Log out." This will log out of your Anima account.

In order to log in again to submit or check the status of a request, you will need the email and password you used while registering your Anima account.
