How to review messages sent to you by your practice

Sometimes your practice will need to send you messages within Anima, for example to ask for further information or to confirm appointment details. You should make sure that you check these messages in case your practice needs you to take any action. 

To view your messages, you need to log in to your Anima account and scroll to your In progress reviews. 

When your practice sends you a message, you will get an email and SMS notification from Anima that will look like this:

For privacy and confidentiality reasons, we won't display the full message from your practice in the email and SMS messages that you receive from Anima. To view the messages from your practice, you need to log in to your Anima account and go to the 'In progress' section. Look for requests that have a red 'Respond' button next to them to see messages from your practice:



Once you respond to any messages message, you will be able to see the messaging history in the recent reviews section of your dashboard. Click view next to a request to see the full messaging history for that request:
