How to send a message inviting a patient to submit an Anima request
Once you've added the patients you want to contact to your recipient list, you can invite the patient to submit a specific Anima request. This is particularly useful for inviting patients will chronic conditions to submit one of their regular reviews, or to directly invite a patient who has contacted the practice to book an appointment for a specific issue.
1. Once you have added the patient(s) to your recipient list, select Request the patient completes an Anima review from the dropdown list:
Select the request you want the patient to complete from the dropdown list of modules. You may need to scroll down the list to see all the modules:
With a request selected, use the checkboxes to select whether you want to send an SMS text message, an email, or both:
The default Anima message template will be inserted for you. You can edit these template messages if you want by clicking into the text box and editing the text (note the character limits!):
When you are happy with your message, click send message to patient:
