Bug fixes

- Fixed an issue where trying to book a double appointment with large sets of appointment slots failed to find possible slots (#292).
- Fixed an issue preventing PCN overrides for Extra Availability Questions from functioning

Documents

- Clicking on a document link from the EHR will now load correctly in Anima
- Once you've saved a document to the record, you will be automatically redirected to the documents dashboard
- Existing problem codes will always be loaded when working on a processed document
- Adding notes on a document task will persist regardless of it being assigned to another user
- You can now open a document directly from a task from the main dashboard
