DAG Questionnaire Enhancements:
Across questionnaires, patients may now further clarify their duration of symptoms if they have been going on for a long time
New questionnaire for Oxford Hip Score
Updated sick note questionnaire to allow patients to specify preferred mechanism of delivery
Fix for an issue which could be present in some reports for menopause questionnaires preventing display of a patient's treatment preferences
We've included 'lump' as a red flag indicator in breast problem assessments
The option for patients to submit a general request from the search list is now removed when the general DAG is disabled
New questions about patient availability at the end of the survey to optimize appointment scheduling.
The patient request view now consistently maximizes screen space for improved usability.
We've recently transitioned to a new SMS service provider.
