Document processing
Organising Documents
We have introduced new ways to organize your documents through Custom Views. You can now create and save filtered versions of the documents table. Once saved, they become available to the whole organisation.
For users who are part of more than one organisation you may now filter documents by organization and upload to specific organizations. Note that documents uploaded through the folder sync feature will be placed into your Primary Organisation
Coding Improvements
We have removed the restrictions on problems/context codes being duplicated, you may now have more than one instance of a problem/code type. In addition we have added a new duplicate button within the context menu of problems/context codes
Duplicate detection is now run immediately when opening a document, you will be alerted if a matching document was found and given the option to archive the current document (matches are determined based on an existing document having the same NHS Number, Event Date, and Letter Type).
EMIS Practices
For new problems you can specify the type and status of the problem, these fields will be reflected within EMIS
Scribe
We have improved the overall quality of the notes taken by scribe, and reduced repetition such as "Patient ...".
For practices using EMIS, when saving to record, scribe notes will now be stored in a more terse format, to increase readability.
