Dynamic request limits: you can now set your request limit to adjust according to the combined capacity of everyone in your organisation
Send messages to patients after their request has been signed off
Assign requests to teams: select a team to assign to and Anima will automatically allocate the request to the member of the team with the most capacity
Disable specific types of request: activate and disable individual request types instantly
Submit requests on behalf of patients with no email address or mobile phone: if a patient calls the practice without internet access or a mobile phone, they can still submit an Anima review
