You can now assign directly to teams! We have also added additional filters to make it easier to find requests and tasks assigned to directly to you, teams you are a member or and other members of those teams.
If you would like to use the original method of team assignment (assigning to the member with the most capacity), you can find a new option in your Organisation settings.
It is now possible to access assignment templates using Message shortcuts! Just type // to rapidly search through all of your templates
When sending messages from the Contact patients page to large numbers of patients, there is a new option to stagger the messages over a longer time period.
Other new features this week:
When signing off a request, new option to make it easier to select between booking an appointment now and sending an invitation to book later
Updated appointment SMS messages - custom messages coming soon!
