Document processing

- Added support for documents in .TIFF, .DOC, .DOCX and .ODT formats.
- Improved processing speeds - even shorter waiting times to clear your document inbox!
- Annie is now context- aware, which means more accurate SNOMED code predictions.
- Stability improvements in patient verification.
- Fixed an issue with archived documents still appearing in Inbox.
- You can now open a patient record directly from a processed document.
- All SNOMED codes should now appear under appropriate classes instead of 'Uncategorized'
