Organisation Settings

- Increased the character limits on the custom restriction messages from 60 to 280 and added character counters

Patient Questionnaires

- Increased the character limit for text in the repeat prescription questionnaire when capturing medication history
- Fix made to prevent autocompletion of answers on some patient devices - this should prevent occasional spurious heights, weights, and BMIs from being submitted

Documents

Tasks

You can now create tasks on a document allowing you to workflow the document to other users. You'll notice a new tab when reviewing a processed document.

These tasks can be maintained completely in Anima, or they can be created directly in the SystmOne task queue. We'll let you choose your existing S1 user groups or teams when assigning tasks.

Documents can be saved to the record even if tasks are pending, so S1 users do not need to access Anima in order to view/read the document and patient record.

Contact Patients

- When sending messages to more than one patient, they will now be grouped in a batch. Batches will need to be named
- There is a new tab on the contact patients dashboard which shows you a list of all your batches
- You can click on a batch to see details and statistics
