Requests

The handover dialogue now automatically closes when moving to the next request.

Messaging

The message attachment summary box in the toolbar has been redesigned for better clarity, ensuring you know exactly what your patients will see.
The character and SMS fragment count in the toolbar now accounts for additional content that may be appended to your message, such as reply links.

Patient Questionnaires

*New Feature: A single-reading Blood Pressure questionnaire is now available - This questionnaire is enabled by default. To disable it, navigate to Organisation Settings and turn off the Single BP Reading request type.

Improved SNOMED code selection for ex-smokers in the General, Asthma, and COPD questionnaires.
Fixed an issue in the Diarrhoea and Constipation questionnaire where an error would appear if the patient indicated abdominal pain for more than two weeks.

Resolved BMI coding issues in the Contraception questionnaire.

Documents

Document Splitting:

Our upgraded document splitting tool is now the default and can be accessed under "Split (preview)".

Patient Matching & NHS PDS Integration:

Documents without NHS numbers will now attempt to match patients using the NHS PDS service based on their name and date of birth.
The NHS PDS service is now used to verify whether a patient is registered at your practice.

Productivity & Reporting:

You can now download Document Processing Productivity Reports for saved documents. To access these reports, go to Settings > Organisation Settings > Audit and Reporting > Download Document Processing Report.

Filtering & Sorting Enhancements:

Documents can now be filtered based on whether they contain Annie-suggested tasks.
The patient problem selector now sorts existing problems in the following order:
Major Active → Minor Active → Major Inactive → Minor Inactive
