Release notes | v1.4.44 | 24 Oct 2024
Scribe
We have several design changes coming to Scribe in the next couple of releases, you might spy a few of these in this release
If a consultation references multiple problem codes - the notes from the consultation will be included in each problem entry
If you're using EMIS - you can now select the consultation type when starting a new consultation. You can select from: In-Person, Telephone or Video
We're busy adding templates to Scribe for the consultation notes - You'll find 2 today: General Practice & Full Clerking, have a play around and please do share your feedback. A SOAP template will be included in the next release!
Scheduled jobs
We've added better visibility for you if any of the scheduled jobs fail to complete fully
Documents
To further prevent duplication of work: You'll now be alerted when saving a document to record that has already been saved
You now have the option to clear the "Clinical Department" field on the Document viewer
We now sort existing problems by date of occurrence in the drop down problem selector
You will now have warning indicators if a matched patient is registered deceased or part of the Special Allocation Scheme
You can now multi-select existing problems when adding to a document - saving you having to do it 1 by 1.
Request View
We're now using our direct EHR integrations instead of GPC to pull patient data into the request view. This data includes active & inactive problems, acute & repeat medications and any registered allergies.
Authentication and security
We've introduced the ability to configure Multi-factor authentications (MFA) using Time-based one-time passwords (TOTP) when logging into Anima
If you would like to enable this feature for your practice, please contact your account manager or message us via our support channels - We'll be happy to assist you.
Admins will be able to see which users have enabled multi-factor authentication on their account, to ensure they meet the security requirements of the practice.
